Communicating and paying through Kopa helps ensure that you're protected under our Terms of Service, cancellation, and refund policies. It also makes it easy to find and reference important booking details like a listing's address, booking details, and other useful information. We're unable to provide these benefits if you book and pay for accommodations outside of Kopa.

Paying or communicating through Kopa makes enables us to protect your information and puts you at less risk of fraud and other security issues, such as phishing. It's also as easy as the click of a button.
Benefits to hosts
We're continuously making the payment process as easy and convenient as possible.
Tenants pay monthly rent through Kopa, for free. Their rent will be paid out to the same bank account you sent their rental deposit to. Rent is due on the 1st of each month by default. Convenient features you receive when accepting rent through Kopa include:
- Tenants automatically receive rent reminders from Kopa 3 days before it's due, on the day it's due, and every day they're late.
- Easily track all Kopa payments and tenants in one place (where you can see who has paid and who is overdue).
- We'll automatically update the availability of your listing. A tenant can also leave a review for your listing if the booking is completed through the site. This helps you get more inquiries from renters.
