Payments, made either via ACH/bank account or credit card, will take 4 business days to arrive in your account. If you need to receive the payout by a specific date, we suggest changing the due date of rent so it is 7 days prior to when you need it in your account. (e.g. Instead of tenants paying rent on the 1st, they'd pay on the 19th of the prior month.)
Check your payment status
Once a renter has sent their rental deposit or rent payment, a new line item will appear for that booking in Transaction History.
Weekend or holiday delays
Many banking systems don't process transactions on weekends or holidays. If your payout from Kopa is completed between Friday and Sunday, it might not be processed until the next week.
