To view or send a message in a conversation that exists
If a message makes you feel uncomfortable or you'd like to speak to us about anything, please contact us.
To send a new message to a new recipient
There are a few scenarios where you can send a new message to a new recipient.
- If you're a renter contacting a host, go to the listing associated with the host, and click Message.
- If you're a host contacting confirmed tenants, go to Tenants and click Message.
When you click on a message, you can view the conversation and also the following information:
- Host or renter's names with links to their profiles.
- Proof of employment or transcripts that renters can upload on their profile.
- Booking request details such as the listing thumbnail, title, dates, and a link to view the request.
