Yes, you can set minimum and maximum stays in Kopa.
To edit the minimum and maximum stay for a listing:
- Go to Listings.
- Click Edit on the listing you'd like to change.
- Head to Availability.
- Set the minimum and maximum number of months, from 0 (which allows short-term stays) to 16 months.
By changing your minimum and maximum stays, you'll prevent renters from booking outside of those lengths of stay.
