Credit cards can be declined for a number of reasons. Kopa generally isn't notified of the specific reason.
We recommend checking these common issues first. Did you ...
- enter the correct credit card number and billing address?
- check that your card has available funds?
- make sure you're not exceeding your withdrawal limit?
- ensure that your card hasn't expired?
If that doesn't work, contact your bank or card issuer.
If you're getting an error when you try to pay, we recommend reaching out to your bank or credit card company for more information. Inform them of the amount and when you tried to make the charge so they can let the transaction go through. They may be marking the transaction as fraudulent if the amount is ~$1,000+.
If your bank or card issuer isn't able to help, try another payment method.
