Can I make changes to or cancel a pending booking request?
Yes. If the request hasn’t been accepted by the host, you can cancel the request and send a new one with the updated booking details.
To change a booking request:
- Go to Booking Requests
- Find the pending booking request you want to cancel
- Click Cancel booking request and then Yes, cancel request to confirm
- If you want, send a new request with your changed duration
Can I cancel a booking request that's been accepted?
If you would like to cancel a booking after you have paid your rental deposit, email firstname.lastname@example.org to complete the cancellation.
The person who initiated the cancellation will be responsible for paying a $75 cancellation fee. Their service fee and processing fee will not be returned.
The host determines how much of the rental deposit is returned to the renter.
